If you leave your workstation and want to prevent unauthorized access, it is easy to lock it. Simply hold down the <Windows> key on the keyboard and then press the “L” key. All your programs and documents will remain open but your workstation is now locked. You can press the <Space bar> key to bring up the login prompt and enter your password to sign back in when you’re ready.
